I was busy last night s I put a thick pork chop in the masterbuilt and some asperagus and smoked them. It turned out delicious!

wdaly I dip it in beer batter then roll it in a crushed cornflakes and coconut mixture. It has a crisp texture and all the flavors compliment each other.

RON PARRISH After making biscuits I had a ball of dough scraps left and squished it on the cookie sheet, no plan intended but this was the end result.

Denny O I’m not fond of coconut either but as a breading fried in hot oil it makes it palatable. I only use it for fish/shrimp breading or in my salmon patty recipe.
