Doubtful. Once smoked, almost all sausages take a set and are too firm to do much with except slice into lengths.
Linking is almost always done immediately after stuffing for this reason.

I love mine. Keeps the knives handy and easy to access. Probably helps avoid dulling of blades compared to knives rolling around in a drawer.

Steak Cook-off
A few weeks ago Tex_77 and I had our steak throwdown! Check out the video below. We are planning on doing some other proteins in the future, if that happens we will find a more permanent place for these videos to “live”
