    • RE: North Dakota leads the way

ND Mike I drink mostly summer and fall when I’m stuck at the house working on projects. Makes the day go by and if I’m busy working hard I don’t feel it. I sit down to watch TV anymore and drink 2 or 3 beers I’m falling asleep.

John, those will do me well, Thank you! I pm’d you with my address to deliver them. Thanks again!

If you lived anywhere close to me you would be more than welcome to come over for a cold one and a meal. We could eat, grind, stuff, smoke repeat😎.

    • RE: Steak Cook-off

dawg Either of my methods could be used to produce 30 steaks in 2 hours. Jonathon’s method maybe. The problem with his method would be his reverse sear technique on a pellet grill would limit his ability to fire his steaks on demand over the 2 hour period.

I think they need more judges next time! All 3 family members, they all have basically the same taste buds!
Also, can these steak flavors be reproduced multiple times. Like 30 steaks in 2 hours?

    • RE: Corned Beef

grinnell-locker I have used the brine already listed and also done one off an internet recipe. Either way I don’t think the vac tumbler would make much difference it still has to pickle for 10to14 days if I’m not wrong

John Belvedere I bet the increased spices helped hit the sweet spot for flavor. Those look great John.
