High Temp Cheese Uses

I am wondering what would happen if I used high temp cheddar
cheese in making a burger Pattie???

ewspears It absolutely works, we do it all the time here when we are making patties for work and for home! It is easier than having to time the slice of cheese on top of the burger when you are grilling. The only downside is that you can’t give someone the option of cheese or no cheese as you are grilling.
