I decided to skip the shopping lines and toss a 6lb pork shoulder on the smoker for pulled pork supper this evening.

twilliams yep. I have some just haven’t used it yet. I was going to try it on some ribs but I always forget. 🍺 may be part of the problem about forgetting the pink paper!

Jonathon I’ll have to take your word for it on the balls. lol. I used some yesterday on a Tri-Tip and it turned out great!

The lack of enthusiasm that Austin had when he introduced himself in the video was apparent. He sounded very sad to be Austin that day.
