Need suggestions and opinions
I bought willys, honey bbq, jalapeno and dill pickle. With that i have 5lbs of swiss and 5lbs of chedder. What cheese would you put with what seasoning? Thanks all
twilliams Cheddar is a classic pairing with jalapeño or bbq. Swiss is mild enough to pair with just about anything. I’m sure it would be great with Dill Pickle. I haven’t found any of the cheeses to overpower the seasonings with exception of the ghost chili but that’s kinda the point on that one! Last weekend I made apple beer brats with blue cheese (no longer available) and sage. They turned out quite good!
Joe Hell Id go cheddar with the willies, it is a great combo. The Dill will work well with the swiss I think.
