macsinsac That looks solid on soooooo many levels. I love putting the baked beans in the smoker…tons of added flavor! I like to put my beans in and then place them on the rack below my ribs after they hit about 165 so that the juices add some depth to the beans!

macsinsac Those do look great and it is reminding me that I promised myself I would stop looking at food pics first thing in the morning, too hungry for first thing monday morning! I will be sharing these on our social media accounts in the coming weeks.

erich52 I loaded the beans with leftover Christmas ham I had in the freezer. Got to thank Malcom Reed @how to BBQ right for the recipe.
