    Meat Fact of the Week

Would you believe that Beef is not the most commonly eaten meat in the United States? It’s not Pork either! The most commonly eaten meat in America is actually chicken! This happened in the last few years and I would personally guess that the study that linked red meat to raised cancer concerns is partly to blame. The issue is that it is a faulty study where all they did was ask if they ate meat or not and simply relied on peoples answers. I don’t know of a better way to reasonably conduct a study like that but I know people lie on surveys and I would think eating processed fast food burgers or any junk processed food it a lot worse for you than a nice juicy steak!

I’m afraid of no steak. It’s hard to pass on chicken when it’s .99/lb. though! Blood sausage on the other hand scares me quite a bit. It’s a thing of nightmares.

Joe Hell Yes, I would be lying if I said I was 100% looking forward to this one…well I am looking forward to making it. Eating it is another matter altogether!

Joe Hell Another one that I am not looking forward too. I can tell you this, when we do make it we will not be making a 100 pure version, I am not man enough to eat sheeps lung stuffed into a stomach.
