Grilled chicken thighs on my New Year's monthly prize givaway.

Rubbed some thighs with a berbere (Ethiopian spice) base in a rub that I made. Added a foil packet of pellets for a little smoke.

Dave R the rub was something I got from Ballistic BBQ on YouTube episode about chicken wings. Greg called it chicken shake.
