No pictures, but I smoked a couple of racks of ribs and a pork butt for pulled pork. Divided out and in the freezer.

A family friend was in a motorcycle accident yesterday. Thankfully, he’s home and recovering. Decided to take him a nice steak dinner. Flatiron with caramelized onions with red wine and mushrooms marinaded in balsamic vinegar and rosemary.
-
Deepwoodsbutcher If that doesn’t speed up his recovery then nothing else will. You’re a good samaritan.

Deepwoodsbutcher Good friends are priceless!

Finally able to do a little low and slow smoking. Did two racks of baby backs. Worked out perfect as we were doing some yard work while the ribs did their thing. It was a good meal.
