Dr_Pain Wow somehow I missed this, great job!
Thank you sir!!
cdavis I prefer spares! SWMBO prefers baby backs. Guess which I buy most often?
Hint: it;s not the better priced / pound ones.
I smoked a yard bird a few days ago and had a couple of meals off of it.
Then I made noodles on the kitchen table and let them dry out nicely and made turkey and noodles over smashed taders!
Guess I didn’t get pics of the noodles and the finished plate! My bad!
Dave in AZ that looks really good Dave
Denny O that is a really good looking bird
Denny O Good looking yard bird, hard to beat homemade noodles. Wife makes them and then we boil the carcass for soup.
Korean slow cooked chuck roast.
Surg looks really good just needs a little gravy on it
bleathery Looks amazing. You can’t have too many capers!
calldoctoday I don’t see a thing wrong with those ribs. Got my mouth watering!
Dave in AZ Looks very good. I’ve never heard of banana ketsup.
Denny O That’s the great thing about a big old turkey. You get alot out of them. I had a turkey pot pie I made out of one for supper last night. Make them up and freeze/vacuum seal them. They last a long time.
Surg Looks great. Did you have any kimchi with it? Grew a couple Korean radishes this year. Going to make one into radish kimchi and one into water kimchi. Think the water kimchi would go nice with your meal.
Dave in AZ the meal looks good
Denny O nice bird.
bleathery looks tasty
Surg - Yeah Man!
wdaly I didn’t but I agree that would’ve been a nice match.
gus4416 agree. There were juices but they were thin. Didn’t thickening like I wanted with the cornstarch slurry.
gus4416 thx gus. We’re trying to lose weight here. My wife came to me last week and asked, “what do you think of this all meat, few veg, diet?”
So of course I said, “Yaaas, I’ve heard great things, let’s do it!”
I have to make a good salad every few meals to keep her supporting the meat diet lol!
