No picture, but I made 25lbs 1504xs sausage using 50% wild turkey breast, to 50% pork butt. Fantastic! I especially enjoy feeding it to my mother in law who “hates” any wild game, and swears she can tell if a dish has game in it. I know, I’m wrong, but it’s fun!

Mcjagger That 280Z totally changed my mind about Japanese cars, solid as a rock!
Japanese cars in the 70’s and before were thought of as tin can junk by many, me included -

No, but they were the same as the spam soft tacos except with eggs and sour cream

Dave in AZ Very nice. Andrew has been talking about making homemade tortillas. I told him I did not think they were too difficult as I did a restaurant for someone about 35 40 years ago called the Tortilla Factory, in Texas & I saw the way they made them before they got the machines in & it did not look too bad, but they sure were nice compared to the store bought.
-
Denny O Those look awesome!!! I have been tied up with all kinds of projects lately, I need to find some sausage time, lol.

Nothing fancy just some Oktoberfest Brats beer and onion simmered and finished off in a grill pan.
