johnsbrewhouse Great looking meatloaf! We always added veggies or a can of Campbell’s Vegetarian Vegetable soup to ours. I see some really good ML sandwiches in your future!

kyle You’re killing me Kyle!
-
lkrfletcher Tex_77 It’s not that I don’t like a sous vide steak, it is just that I prefer them reverse-seared on a grill. Now, that might have to change with these steaks because traditional method with them is a little more difficult.

Pic looked heavy on the blue so color corrected it. Think it does your product more justice. Hope you don’t mind:
-
OleSmokey I could eat that

Corned venison shoulder simmer in the crockpot with potatoes and carrots. Eats just like a corned beef brisket.
-
Deepwoodsbutcher corned venison sounds really good I have never had it but yours looks delicious

Deepwoodsbutcher That looks delicious.Any leftovers will make a great sandwich on some good rye bread with a good mustard.
-
Deepwoodsbutcher You are a few months early, but it does not matter, that is the perfect dish for a gloomy & damp day like today.
-
Jamieson22 Must be a party in your horizon, that is some fine looking charcuterie.
-
Jonathon Nice looking beef, I bet it tastes even better cooked with Walton’s Steak & roast & a good pat of salted butter while resting.
-
kyle I am certain those party goers will enjoy that. But, if by some remote chance they do not, just send some my way. I will even send you a report.
-
johnsbrewhouse Definitely can’t go wrong there.

Jamieson22 thanks. I dont mind at all. I’m not very tech savvy or good at talking pics
-
calldoctoday Yeah, I almost always add butter, I had been working on a new seasoning blend but I reverted to the original Walton's Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub Seasoning for this one!
-
Bob Stehlik yep. I got a stone ground beer mustard. Excellent together
