OleSmokey no party, just restocking the freezer. I vac pac in pairs and drop them in the freezer.

Surg I cooked it for 8 hours, still a little chewy. 10 to 12 is what they recommend, and that would have been right. I got impatient

toys4dlr That is what I like to do if I am smoking pork or brisket, my smoker is not nearly as big as what you have but I always try to fill it up and then freeze in portions. I then just throw them in a pot of boiling water to heat up.

I reheated some Cajun sausage put them on bread and added creamy horseradish and ketchup. Tasted good. Didn’t look good enough to photograph lol
