No picture, but I made 25lbs 1504xs sausage using 50% wild turkey breast, to 50% pork butt. Fantastic! I especially enjoy feeding it to my mother in law who âhatesâ any wild game, and swears she can tell if a dish has game in it. I know, Iâm wrong, but itâs fun!
What did everyone cook today?

OleSmokey no party, just restocking the freezer. I vac pac in pairs and drop them in the freezer.

Surg I cooked it for 8 hours, still a little chewy. 10 to 12 is what they recommend, and that would have been right. I got impatient

toys4dlr That is what I like to do if I am smoking pork or brisket, my smoker is not nearly as big as what you have but I always try to fill it up and then freeze in portions. I then just throw them in a pot of boiling water to heat up.

Jonathon The look on that old boyâs face is priceless!

calldoctoday I should mention, even though he EASILY could, he has never taken anything off the counters. His brother took a box of donuts down from on top of the stove once but Brutus has never grabbed anything off the counter that I am aware of. And that is NOT cause he fears me, he doesnât, at all. I shock him with the color and he does nothing. People always think I am either crazy, doing it wrong or lying about him not caring about his shock collar. Here is an Instagram video I took the other day https://www.instagram.com/p/Cnzil-LO5SO/

Jonathon He sure does have that worried dog look to make you think that he has to be thinking about it though, but just not taking action, as much as he really wants to. That would seem to be a very well trained & disciplined old boy. PS: Great videos of both of the brothers.
