gus4416 Thanks!, I stepped on the scale the other day and actually dropped 7 lbs. Musta been because of all the snow shoveling from the every other day snow storms we were recently hit by.

Denny O just the way I like it. It is only seasoned with pepper both coarse and medium once it comes out of the brine package. I just rinse off the slime. Had a sandwich with some tonight.
