Stuffed a pork loin with cream cheese,bacon,spinach and pesto! It was delicious !

processhead I just had it laying flat and butterflied it and layed it open. I covered one side with spinach leaves and spread the cream cheese , bacon and pesto. I then covered the other side with spinach leaves and folded it back together. I then tied it up with butcher twine . Seasoned the outside and loaded in smoker!

Tex_77 i have a legacy 131 i got off craigslist. The wife wanted it gone, so she helped clean it with easy off and jacked up the powder coat. Got it for 200 bucks. One day i my high heat rattle can it back to looking good, but i have not got around to it.
