It 's been 95-103 here for 2 months, finally, it rained yesterday and the smoke cleared. 2 days of low temps so I fired up the stove.

Coconut beer batter shrimp and Halibut. Butterflied and deveined shrimp. Dipped the shrimp in beer batter then in cornflake crumbs with coconut.

Finished product. The shrimp went into the freezer for surf and turf tomorrow night.
