kyle That is a great looking hearty dish there and thank you for the recipe.

Well, I have now verified that the Chicken on the run Marinade and Coating/Mix are legit. Did a test if 6 boneless chicken thighs and both items allowed them to be juicy, crunchy and tasty.
-
zbigjeff I’m also a big fan of it. I want to try it on fried taters next.

kyle
Good ole Wi comfort food there. Saving this as well. -
kyle Are you going to coat them and then fry or put them in the oven after coating them?
-
zbigjeff I coat them and pan fry them in oil. Usually I pre cook the taters in the microwave so they dont take so long to fry. I take them out of the microwave, let them cool, then slice them. I do this all the time now with shore lunch breading and they turn out great

zbigjeff You need to try the Chicken on the Run /Flavor Crisp Nashville Hot Breading, it is great as well with a nice kick to it!
-
Tex_77 I almost pulled the trigger on my last order that just arrived today. Darn it. What I need is for covid to just STOP IT so we can start having some larger gatherings. My supplies have been creeping up because of it. Will do it next time because this palate loves “kick”.

zbigjeff Did you fry them or bake them? They look great.
-
mrobisr They look really good now it is bed time and I am hungry
-
wdaly I haven’t fried food in a long time. So, I heated up the oil to 350 and cooked them. I will try to bake them next time to see the outcome and compare.

zbigjeff Yowzas!!!
