Thanks for the inspiration last night! Bacon wrapped drumsticks to go with my bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers! I don’t know if the chicken ‘needed’ bacon but I’m sure glad craigrice influenced the decision!

I finished everything off with Tajin. I use it on everything, including tequila shots! It’s tangy, salty and spicy. It’s good on fruit too!

craigrice Does Joe Hell make anyone else feel like they are phoning it in on like 75% of their meals?! Sometimes I go home, play with my dogs for an hour and then just make something super simple and I have the thought " I wonder what Joe made tonight!" So, Joe, you have successfully invaded my head outside of work!

I like to cook I can cook a different meal every day for month,
as for dogs I have a Carin terrier a pug and a chihuahua that likes to sleep on my lap when I am on the computer but I am retired and have the time for these things now

craigrice my parents have a rescue Cairn named Gary Busey because he’s kinda crazy. He replaced their old chihuahua ‘cracker’. Gary won’t listen to anyone but me…I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m the guy with the meat.
