Ridley Acres We will get it done!
Can anyone taste...
-
Just got some new tools. I’m tasting pulled pork or tri tip raviolis very soon.
-
macsinsac I am not going to lie…I would love to see a trip tip ravioli recipe posted accompanied with some pics. This has me both hungry and intrigued.
-
macsinsac I am so glad you won the grill, it really is nice to see a “foodie” like us won that one! Tri-tip ravioli sounds amazing! I haven’t made my own pasta since my grandma passed, as a teen I used to make huge batches of it with her and then the rest of the family would fight over who got some but she always gave me extra for helping out!

It was finally cool enough in the 916 tonight to try something with my newest kitchen toy.
-
macsinsac looks great! I sure do miss pasta. I think I only used my newest roller once before I gave up on carbs. I plan on phasing that back into my life before too long!
-
macsinsac I don’t see tri tip anywhere…
-
erich52 first time using it , so baby steps. I’m already chomping at the bit thinking about raviolis.

Departing Contestant I was thinking about having 4 blueberries tomorrow. Lol
-
Joe Hell Wow, there, sunshine. be careful of the fruit sugars.
-
KansasDad LOL! I know, I know. I have a ‘test kitchen’ recipe for Keto blueberry muffins. Doing the math, each muffin probably has 4-6 berries. I will only eat one. I’m abnormally strict but the results are worth it!
-
Joe Hell I’ve been doing pretty well on Keto also. My best result is that I’ve dropped my insulin requirements by 2/3!! Anymore, if I get ahold of anything sweet, it’s WAY too sweet. I am now working on a Keto Kansas City Style Bar-B-Que Sauce. Wish me luck.
-
KansasDad Splenda brown sugar blend has a pretty distinct molasses flavor that could help with that. It’s not completely sugar free but it’s ‘better’ than the real thing.
I’m admittedly bad about seeing a doctor but I’m sure I was well on my way to diabetes. I’ve lost enough that sleep apnea and asthma are a thing of the past though!
