I was wondering about that. I ran home to throw some meat on the grill and raced back to work to watch. I was relived that I didn’t miss anything!

PapaSop I just bought a ribeye and a couple brats from the new butcher in town. I have a Pork butt on the pit boss, eye of round in the Sous Vide and a chicken brining for a pit roasted bird tomorrow!
