    Weekly Blog Post - Dove season and a new type of Livestream

    What Videos are being released soon?

    Deli Meat 203: Chicken Breast Deli Meat - In this video, we go over how to make deli meat from low-fat cuts of meat like chicken breast. We cover both the ground and formed and large chunk methods.

    What Projects are we looking ahead at?

    This Sunday at 5 pm at Austin and I will be hosting our monthly Livestream but we will have a few different things this time. First, we will draw a winner for August and then draw a winner of a Walton’s Ultimate Knife Set from just those people who are watching the Livestream, so tune in, it’s going to be one of your best chances to win a big giveaway!

    We will also be doing something new though, we now can switch away from Austin and me to preshot footage. So, we are going to go over how to make one of the most popular styles of cured sausage, Snack Sticks. So, bring your questions because we will be able to not only answer your questions but hopefully show you exactly what we are talking about with video footage.

    What’s on our Mind?

    Dove Season starts Sunday in many areas of the country! Hopefully, all of our hunters will have time to go early in the morning and then join our Livestream at 5 pm (CDT) but if you are going in the evening as well as the morning we understand!
