Lance over 250lbs . WOW nice job 👏
Smoked Cajun sausage
-
Used the Cajun sausage seasoning and it turned out great, I only made 10 lbs of it but that is plenty.
-
AdamCA Now I’m starving! That might have to be my next project.
-
Joe it is a great seasoning, very flavorful with a little heat. I’ll use it when ever I make Gumbo or Jambalaya or I cut some to hot dog bun length so I can eat it that way also.

Those look great. Kinda liking that stove you have there. -
PapaSop lol…I was checking out the stove too. It reminds me of the Bosch built Kenmore that I have.
-
PapaSop Thank you sir and the stove is a Samsung, I prefer gas so I had a gas line added and swapped out the electric stove after we moved into the house 6 years ago. I really like that Cajun seasoning, being from Louisiana I am usually a pretty big skeptic when it comes to anything labeled Cajun or something like that, but man that seasoning is awesome.

AdamCA Gas stoves over electric all day any day!
-
That looks delicious!!

PapaSop I prefer gas and like it so much that I spent $1500 to drop in a gas line and buy the stove, it is in my opinion the best way to cook. Plus if the power ever goes out I still have a heat source and a way to cook.
-
AdamCA I have the same stove and I love it and the gas cooking

Nice. Not sure my landlord will go for it. Lol. -
AdamCA I despise my Samsung range… Don’t use regular cleaners on it. Mine started to spot rust in 60 days, called and they sent out manufacturers rep, said I was using too harsh chemicals on it…What??? Just the spray lysol. Great stove and oven just the outside looks like c**p after a hot minute.
-
Parksider I have had mine for 3 years with no issues of rust spots or anything else.
-
Parksider I’ve had mine for 6 yrs and never an issue with it.

I love my gas stove, just glad my wife let me buy it when we remodeled our kitchen!
-
Tex_77 I love how you turned all the burners on for the pic, makes it much more dramatic! That is a heck of an oven man!

Jonathon I think I took that picture the first day it was hooked up, and my wife made the comment of “I knew you’d have to turn all the burners on and take a picture of it.”
-
Tex_77 Why wouldn’t you? They just don’t understand us sometimes!

I WANT THAT…lol
