I am looking at making snack sticks and smoked sausage . I know Smoked Meat Stabilizer cannot be used in a brine or pickle but is it ok to add water to the meat when I am mixing as I am also using Sure Gel

@astatler I used to be overly concerned about that and would not add water to it but that’s not necessary. Feel free to use water when making sausage with it.
