The 2 kilo batch of my linguisa 4.3 version was so good I’m rolling smoke on 3 kilos this chilly morning in Nor Cal.

dino21 it’s a combination of about 3 recipes I found on line. My best resource has been 2 books by Stanley & Adam Marianski one being “The Greatest Sausage Recipes” I found at Amazon.
