I am wondering if anyone has made the little party smokies before and if so what size casing and what type of casing was used?
Riley Renwick I haven’t made them but I’d suggest the Natural Sheep Casing. I’d go with either of the two smaller sizes although there would be nothing wrong with some lil’ fatties!

I made some sausages using the Lil Smokies seasoning in 26mm clear collagen casings and they came out awesome, great flavor. Put in smaller casings, they should be great party snacks.![0_1579200313622_IMG_20200109_174258367.jpg](Uploading 100%)
