Can the salami casing(fibrous gags) be pressed after stuffing
Hoops I’ve never done this so I can’t say for sure but I don’t see a reason it wouldn’t work. I do think a natural casing, either hog or beef would work better. Joe Hell ever done anything like this?

Hoops, I don’t know what you’re making but when I make sopressata, instead of pressing I use fibrous casing and double wrap them with tight elastic netting. The end product is very tight
