I have enough venison to make summer sausage. Has anyone tried the Cotto seasoning? Looking for a traditional taste that has good flavor. Thanks

lefty Cotto is the right choice (in my mind) for salami with wild game, it has a little stronger flavor the regular salami. Good luck!
