Jonathan I watched the video on smoking a pork tenderloin. Is the 140 internal temp safe on wild pork as well as domestic pork? Gotta try out this new PK100
Brianh Yes, you are still safe to cook to 140° though obviously still use your discretion, if the meat doesn’t look good toss it out. Wild boar is fairly resistant but it is still a wild game.
