I injected the Blue Ribbon Maple Cure along with the bacon booster yesterday according to the instructions. Something came up and I am unable to smoke the belly today.
Will this be a problem to wait until tomorrow?
paxras You are all good for an extra day as long as you didn’t add any sodium erythorbate? You still might be good but I would have to double-check on that so let me know!
