What sized Netting

What sized netting would be recommended for pork loins when hanging and making back bacon?
Thinking of getting some for hanging while smoking.

knifemaker3 Now, it matters a little on if it is a large or smaller loin but generally the #16 Netting works pretty well for pork loins.

Need to slice the bacon and jowls I smoked today. Overnight im fridge to mellow then slice and package tomorrow.
Still have 2 loins in freezer and 2 hams to cure and smoke. Not to mention all the deer meat needing pit into some kind of sausage.
Too much meet and too little time!

Bacon and jowls going in
Resting after 3 hours of applewood pellets at 120 degrees. Bacon IT reached 101 with just a little rendering.
