It took a couple of minutes to click but realized I’ve never done Andouille as a snack stick. Only as a fresh sausage. Hmm. Adding that to the wishlist.
Any suggestions when making snack sticks? Should I use a paddle mixer with cold water or a buffalo chopper with ice?
