Wrap them with bacon. Win win
EVEYTHING is made better with bacon LOL! May not match the flavor profile very well though. Something I have never done and would consider doing
@samspade2519 saw this the other day, I’d like to know more as well.
Bought a used meatstick off ebay and of course it did not work. The meat stick company helped get the replacement bridge and probes, it now works as it should . I’m quite happy with this set up.

So did they replace the whole device, or are there user-replaceable parts that they sent you?
Big DLD Glad to hear this, I recently purchased an Enzoo but have not had a chance to use it yet.
They gave me a new bridge and two probes for 50%off. Both came with 1yr warranty
This may be a dead horse but I’ve been using the Fireboard thermometer. I think they’ve got a newer model but mine will run 6 channels, has wifi and Bluetooth and can run a fan/blower for temp control,
Although I’ve never set it up that way. The other pro is that it is a made in USA product, in fact it is made in Kansas City.
RafterW and not to mention the fact one of the owners is from Pratt. I have the old model Fireboard and Drive fan, it works great for holding a steady temp on my Primo once I pretty much have it dialed in.
Tex_77 agreed. I have the old
Model as well. Works great. Yeah the connection to Pratt is cool as well. I worked on their farm all through highschool and part of college.
RafterW i told him last time I saw him, they need to let Walton’s sell them.
processhead sorry didnt see the question. Well the wifi bridge did not work at all. They couldnt warranty it because I bought it off someone. They sold me a replacement bridge and one of the probes that also was failing at 1/2price on both. Like 30 for the bridge and 25 for the probe.
Got everything working and I think I burned out the new probe by pushing it through a chicken breast. That one that warranted. I probably saved 30 bucks from what a new one cost but looking back I should have just spent the 200 bucks and had a good warranty.
The people were very helpful and I really liked the ability to deep fry with the thermometer in the frier.
