twilliams I just want to see (& taste) some of your good ones, because as good as your bad ones look, I cannot even imagine how good the good ones look.

craigrice ok so I did a bunch of fresh brats and a small batch of snack sticks and this thing kicked a*s it’s about the perfect size for almost anything not too big and not too small. Extremely easy to clean up and I can’t recommend it enough, so if you are on the fence you need to jump off that fence and get it.

beekeeper84 11 lber is the way to go in my opinion. Even if I am doing a 33 lb batch I would rather reload my 11 lber 3 times than fight with the 33 lbers piston size! Good job teaching the boys how to make their own food!

craigrice 11# is the way to go. I have a 5#. It works great. You just fill it more times. But an 11# Is better, because I usally, make no less then 10# of meat at any one time.
