My propane fired smoker was too hot. Converting it to natural gas solved the problem

Brianzipperdog123 What type of smoker is that and did you need a different burner apparatus for the difference in particle size? I’ve never converted one but I know for grills some say you need to change the burn tubes and some people say it doesn’t matter.
