Arnie Hofer I am not very familiar with those. I have used the high mt jerky kits but was a long time ago. I would think you could mix the seasonings as long as the cure wasnt already in it. pretty sure the cure comes seperate though. If not it would be a problem. I am sure there is someone here that might be able to answer your question a little better and the nice thing about this community is they will help you out
Chorizo snack sticks?

Anyone try making chorizo snack sticks? I have both types of chorizo seasoning from Walton’s, which I use to make fresh breakfast sausage.

I haven’t made snack sticks but I have stuffed in 2 1/2 x 12 casings and smoked like summer sausage came out fantastic

Joe1 Yup, I made them out of the Mexi Chorizo and I used about 22 lb of meat to a full bag (as this is not designed for a cured sausage I wanted to make sure the salt content was high enough in the meat) sure gel and stuffed them into 19mm sticks. Very tasty sticks!
