    ClaytonD How long was it in the smoker, what temp and was it precooked? In general, I find that getting them from the store pre-cooked and all you have to do is basically smoke/heat up for a few hours is a lot easier!

    Jonathon this was a Costco precooked one. I ran it at 250 for about 4 hours from the fridge, put a glaze over it at about 130 and heated it to 140. Tasty!
