Breakfast sausage

I’m wanting a breakfast sausage seasoning that takes like jimmy dean original sausage. Any suggestions?

H-110 Hot I would say is similar to Jimmy Dean hot, but better. I would guess maybe the Holly would be similar in flavor.

I tried the Holly last time and thought the flavor was kind of light. Maybe I’ll mix a little bit extra in this time
