Hi I am Bob from Santa Barbara CA… I have been making jerky for sometime. I have an electric Masterbuilt Smoker. My sons just gave me a L*m Canon to make snack sticks. That want me to figure out how to make a good pepperoni snack stick. Looking around I found this website and very interested on how to make sticks. After a while would like to upgrade to grinders mixers and stuffers.

Welcome aboard. You’ve come to the right place. Lot’s of people here with a vast amount of knowledge. The equipment you have will make a great starting point but pretty sure it won’t take you long to dive in deeper. First thing is to go to your profile setting’s, groups and join team orange (a little competition here). Start by going to Walton’s Learning Center and Meatgistics University. Lots of tips, tricks and videos. And of course read through all the topics posted. Glad to have ya. -
