Hi I am Bob from Santa Barbara CA… I have been making jerky for sometime. I have an electric Masterbuilt Smoker. My sons just gave me a Lem Canon to make snack sticks. That want me to figure out how to make a good pepperoni snack stick. Looking around I found this website and very interested on how to make sticks. After a while would like to upgrade to grinders mixers and stuffers.

sbtech the Willie’s snack stick is a great snack stick. It’s not a pepperoni flavored stick but is my favorite and is very flavorful pairs great with high temp pepper Jack cheese. And I’m pretty sure it is the top selling stick seasoning on this site. But Jonathon would have to confirm that.
