    Josh Miller asked us what the craziest sausage recipe you have tried, or want to try. First, Jon’s answer was incorrect here I said Jamabalaya Brat but the actual answer was Blood Sausage

    Austin talks about how he wants to make a suicide brat, where he takes a little bit of a bunch of different seasonings and just see what it tastes like!

    -USDA is using DNA to detect food fraud.
    -African Swine Fever is now in India, making that 14 countries that are dealing with this.
    -Beef retail price[censored] record high in April and at the same time cattle prices tanked.

    I have eaten horse in France, it was a bit different, but not objectionable. Jon I don’t think you have been up close and personal with angry bull, those weren’t soulful eyes, LOL. Support your local butcher/locker plant

    You can use a quality gallon bag split open, leave hinged at the end, makes a pretty good tool for placing proteins for pounding out.

    Great podcast. Lots of good info and ideas. Been to a couple of Bucky’s gas stations in TX, one stop shop, bigger than any Kwik Trip I have been to. Foot print of the property is about the size of a city block, if I recall correctly around 60 pumps.

    Food adulteration happens all the time in the honey world. In fact most of it on the shelf in every grocery store is adultered.

    Took my wife to one on our last trip down to TX in Feb, had to coax her out with the promise of stopping on our way back home. That is one big fuel depot with lots of distractions to keep you spending $.
