You can use a quality gallon bag split open, leave hinged at the end, makes a pretty good tool for placing proteins for pounding out.

Great podcast. Lots of good info and ideas. Been to a couple of Bucky’s gas stations in TX, one stop shop, bigger than any Kwik Trip I have been to. Foot print of the property is about the size of a city block, if I recall correctly around 60 pumps.
