Highly recommend watching this series. They cover a couple spots in the US as well as one in Mexico and one in Australia. One of the places covered in the US is in Tejas and is Snow’s BBQ in Lexington, Chef have you been there? Austin Jonathon Joe Hell Also don’t go into it thinking you are going to learn new recipes, because you won’t but you will get a look behind the scenes and the back story.

Tex_77 I watched that one the other day. Good stuff! I’d also recommend ‘Taco Chronicles’ and ‘Todo Sabre il Asado’!

Tex_77 I am off tomorrow to enjoy a very rare day with the wife (she is going for her MBA) and we were looking for something to Watch, we were going to watch some of season 2 of “the boys” but we will check this out as well, thanks!

I watched a couple episodes of that the other night, pretty good show. Definitely not getting any recipes but it is nice to see how other people cook.
