Weston Pro Series #32

Does above model come with a “standalone” Auger Bearing? Instruction Manual addresses an array of different models and I might be looking for a part (Auger Bearing) not applicable to Pro Series Model # 10-3201-W. Religiously watch your videos on youtube. Thank you kindly.

jc4475 I’m trying to find out but if you mean a removable auger bearing that isn’t built into the motor then I don’t think it does. Again, trying to find a better answer on that.

Weston Pro Series Meat Grinder, “Model # 10-3201-W”. New purchaser wondering if it was shipped minus an “Auger Bearing”. Does this model come with a standalone “Auger Bearing”? Instruction Manual addresses an array of different models so answer not clear. Hesitant to use if I’m missing a part. Thank you.

jc4475 Okay, I think I have it. The first pic is of a #12 which has a removable auger bearing. The #22 which I have in my test kitchen is the 2nd and 3rd pics which isn’t removable and then I took a pic of the manual page that shows the auger bearing. So I think You are asking if it should have come with an auger bearing like what is in the pic for the #12?

jc4475 No, it appears to be attached or embedded into the back of the head assembly and doesn’t come out with the auger. Now, all I can say for sure is that is what my #22 pro series looks like, we don’t have a #32 in stock to check. And yes the manual seems odd to me, that pic of the flat washer where it says “Note:…” does NOT appear in the manuals for the #5 and #8 grinders, instead it just shows the same image for the bearing that is actually in the #22.
So, do you have a bearing like the one in the pic I sent of our 22?

After cleaning, I always use some field grade silicone spray on mine to help keep them in good shape for the next grind. -
Sweet! Thank you.
