Need to up my game... butchering my own beef
Have always taken beef we raise to the butcher every year. With everything like it is and with me getting a walk-in cooler for personal butchering of deer, hogs, and steers, what is some good books to be reading.
I have Basic butchering of livestock and game.
Is the Butchering Beef book Walton’s item #2191095 a good book?
I’ve processed all deer we kill ever since I started hunting 40 years ago. Never done hogs or steers.

Just got the cooler took apart and home. Now to find someone to build a cover around it and get it back up and running before deer season!
