jim arner traeger reserve (oak,apple,cherry) blend used a smoke tube and smoked for 3 hours and then held at 190 until I hit the 138 for 19 mins.
jim arner ended up 8-1/2 hours in the smoker.
If it was in the smoker for eight and a half hours didn’t it smoke that long
gus4416 that’s a trick question! I only have an electric smoker so I pulled the tube after three hours and ran it the rest of the time.
