    Love ABT’s will have to try with brisket.
    Usually use Italian sausage. Yum.

    I made some today wrapped in my own bacon cream cheese and sharp cheater with some rub mixed in that I use on pork but but I think the peppers were to hot they must get hotter at the end of the year because these were close to to hot for me and I love spice

    Anaheim/Hatch and Jalapeno Peppers both come in mild, medium, and hot varieties. The Hybrid Jalapenos are really harsh and hot so watch out for those. Truly scorching and this from someone who eats Habenero’s!
