Which of the Bearded Butchers seasonings did you use, U have 5 of theirs.
I have been using the Cotto Salami summer sausage seasoning along with Jalapeno flakes and pepper cheese for about 5 years now and we love it! I put a light smoke on it with my wood smoker and the finish cooking it in the oven. Does anyone else use these particular products?
We haven’t made a ton of the Cotto Salami in-house, but it is a popular seasoning blend for us. We did recently make some samples and the flavor profile was well received and liked by a lot of people though!
Austin I like it because of the pepper in it. Also add mustard seed to it
