New Breading and Marinade
-
Hey guys, we have always carried this (or at least for a while) but have never tried selling them as individual bags. I think we made the right choice in making this available and I think some of you will love it! Use both the marinade and the breading and then air fry thighs for insanely good fried chicken!

https://www.waltonsinc.com/chicken-on-the-run-marinadeIf you are going to pan or deep fry it then it doesn’t matter if you decide to use breast, thigh or wing but for air frying we found thigh was absolutely the best. The others were good but they did not get as crispy.

Now I need fried chicken. How many pounds of chicken do you use with the 8oz marinade?

Have you tried it on fish?

Well i figured one of my questions, 1 8oz pack of marinade to 2 gallons of water, so in other words a lot of chicken.
I noticed the breading is the fine grind, do you also carry the medium grind?

Tex_77 We don’t at this time, I am going to do some pheasant shortly and I will try to do some fish as well and see how that is. I can’t imagine it is bad though. I will say that the Ninja Air Fryer we have at work did a better job than the one at my house even though they both claim to run at 400° F.

Jonathon picked some up and made a bunch of chicken this weekend. Great seasoning! I fried it outside and then we reheated it today in the air fryer. Very good! I am glad I bought two marinade/brine packets so I can make another batch! It was great just plain, I also mixed some with sauces while it was still hot and it all turned out great!

steffenwiest Awesome, this is quickly going to climb the list of favorite seasonings. I kid you guys not, this was the thing that got the most praise from employees here when I brought it around. I usually have 1 or 2 people who won’t like something but every single person loved this seasoning combo!
