Instructions
Empty Ketchup bottle into a foil pan or a pot of some sort that you don't mind ruining. You want to try to spread it as thin in the pan to allow as much of the Ketchup to be exposed to the smoke as possible as the smoke will only penetrate the Ketchup about 1/8" of an inch. Smoked at 150° for 1 hour over your choice of wood, we chose apple wood chips. So, Will it BBQ?
There are so many different types of mustard but not really many specialty Ketchups and now we know that this is a huge mistake on the condiment makers part! This picked up an excellent amount of smoke and it would be amazing on hamburgers, hotdogs or anything else you want to add even more of a grilled flavor to!
