Lol if you asked any of my math teachers in high school they’d say that is a pretty good term for me! One of the best things I ever realized is that there is a high amount of honor in willingly taking on a supporting role in life. My main sense of pride and accomplishment has been from helping others. Obviously, with my wife’s job and not having kids I probably have a slightly different outlook on things but in all the people I am able to support I love being able to do so!
Jerky Seasonings: Water or NO Water?
-
I’m curious what jerky seasonings should be using water and which ones shouldn’t. Maybe they all are, but that’s why I’m asking. I noticed the pepper and garlic lists water on the bag but I believe the bold does not. Is there a table or list anywhere showing what seasonings should be using water vs which are dry marinades?

I believe the general rule for jerky seasonings is 8oz of water per 5 pounds of meat. As far as tables go, search for conversion charts.
